Downstairs Level:
-Bonus bunk room with a full-over-full bunk bed.
-Convenient laundry area.
-One half bathroom.
Outdoor Space:
-The entire property is surrounded by a large, fenced yard, perfect for pets.
-Upstairs deck overlooking the yard with Adirondack chairs and dining area with umbrella.
-Downstairs patio with hammocks, patio table, two grills (Weber and Kamado Big Joe ceramic grill), and ping pong table.
